Website and Service Terms

These terms explain general use of the North America WebCom website and the principles that apply to project discussions. A signed proposal or agreement controls the specific scope, price, payment schedule, ownership, and support terms for paid work.

1. Website Use

You may use this website to learn about North America WebCom, review public resources, request information, and contact the business. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or use automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the service.

When you intentionally generate or download a code with the free QR generator, the website records the encoded URL or text, selected design options, time, download activity, and an anonymous browser identifier for internal usage reporting. Uploaded logo files are processed on your device and are not uploaded or stored. Do not use the tool to encode passwords, payment credentials, private keys, or sensitive personal information.

2. Project Scope and Proposals

Website content describes general capabilities and does not create a binding project commitment. Paid work begins only after the parties agree to a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. That document defines deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, milestones, price, payment schedule, and support.

3. Pricing and Payment

The initial project consultation is free at CAD $0. Development work is custom quoted after requirements are reviewed. Any deposit, milestone payment, recurring fee, tax, currency, cancellation term, or third-party cost will be identified in the applicable proposal or agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, approvals, credentials, permissions, and legal rights to supplied materials in the agreed timeframes. Delays or changes in requirements may affect schedule and cost. Clients remain responsible for their own business policies, regulatory obligations, product claims, and customer data.

5. Third-Party Services

Projects may connect to hosting providers, payment processors, POS platforms, ecommerce services, email systems, analytics tools, APIs, or other third-party products. Those services have their own availability, pricing, privacy, and usage terms. North America WebCom does not control changes or outages in third-party systems.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing for project deliverables are defined in the applicable written agreement. Each party keeps ownership of materials, tools, trademarks, code, or other intellectual property it owned before the project. Website content and branding may not be copied or represented as another business without permission.

7. Hosting Offer

Eligible new website projects include one year of website hosting at no extra cost. Eligibility, included resources, start date, renewal terms, migration limits, and any third-party charges are confirmed in the written proposal. The offer does not create a perpetual free-hosting commitment.

8. No Guaranteed Results

North America WebCom can implement sound design, development, performance, conversion, and SEO practices, but does not guarantee search rankings, revenue, traffic, sales, platform approval, or uninterrupted third-party service. Results depend on many factors outside a developer's control.

9. Warranty, Support, and Liability

Any warranty period, maintenance service, response target, backup responsibility, or support commitment is stated in the applicable agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as available and general website information is not professional legal, accounting, or financial advice.

10. Updates and Contact

These website terms may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current public version. Contact contact@northamericaweb.com with questions.
